The Outside Sales Manager will be building and managing a team of Outside Sales Representatives, working out in the field with the team, meeting with homeowners, informing them about the benefits of Astound Broadband and converting customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Outside Sales Representatives
• Achieve individual standards and sales quotas
• Residential canvassing
• Inform homeowners about the benefits of Astound
• Effectively utilize electronic tools and applications provided
• Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership
• Daily reporting and data input

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Desire to be Successful
• Great Work Ethic
• Experience in Fiber Optics a plus, but not required
• Management and growth of Outside Sales Teams
